Timothy Alberino says no topic makes him more nervous than the Kandahar Giant, more so than UFOs. He notes that high-level Pentagon contacts speak relatively freely about UFOs but warn him to be careful when giants in Afghanistan come up, and he believes the unusual secrecy exists because the topic is intermeshed with the occult.

The core account comes from an active-duty C-130 pilot who said that in 2005, upon landing at Bagram Airfield, he was met by intelligence personnel who told him no photos, no mention of the event, and that it never happened. The cargo arrived on a seven-by-nine air cargo pallet, emitted a strong odor described as musk, body odor, and death, and contained a humanoid in fetal position whose hands, feet, and part of his head hung off the pallet. The giant had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot. The loadmaster weighed the body at 1,100 pounds and estimated it stood 10 to 12 feet tall. Marines explained that a team entered a cave after villagers were seen bringing food and artifacts to its entrance, found a giant, and the giant killed the entire first team. A second team found the giant eating members of the first team, killed it, and airlifted the body to Bagram. The pilot flew the body to Qatar and later heard it ended up at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Alberino finds it suspicious that the Pentagon issued an official statement saying the incident never happened, arguing that official debunking of a fringe story is itself a signal. A high-ranking military commander who flew missions in Afghanistan went pale when asked about the subject and later told Alberino what he describes as the wildest story he has ever heard, referring to giants of Kandahar in the plural.

In Sardinia, Alberino personally visited megalithic tombs called the tombs of the giants, bringing a tape measure and finding them large enough to fit bodies of eight to ten feet tall. He interviewed dozens of elderly Sardinians who personally encountered giant bones while plowing fields or near nuraghi towers. Two men officially employed by the municipality of Sadara and the University of Cagliari to excavate Nuragic ruins at the Church of Santa Anastasia between approximately 1979 and 1984 described excavating skeletons ranging from nine to twelve feet tall. One excavator unsealed a collapsed room inside a Nuragic tower and found a very large person seated at a table with an oversized plate, chalice, and preserved oysters, mussels, and clams, the body extremely well preserved due to hermetic sealing. Artifacts and bones placed in or outside the church would disappear overnight. No photographs exist of any of these remains.

Alberino's preferred explanation for why giant remains are suppressed is not protection of evolutionary theory but that powerful elites are using bones and remains in occult practices. In Hebrew cosmology and the Book of Enoch, the spirits of dead giants are identified as the origin of the demons described in the New Testament. He connects this to the Rite of Kisbum, a necromantic practice in the ancient Near East where participants invited the spirits of giants called the Rephaim to join a feast, documented in Ugaritic texts from what is today northern Syria.

Alberino has reversed his earlier public position on the Nazca mummies. He previously stated it was more likely than not that larger specimens like Maria were real, but he now believes it is more likely than not that all of the alleged alien mummies are a hoax. He traces the saga to a grave robber, believes old skeletons were pieced together possibly with llama bones, and says unnamed scientists who worked on the specimens told him privately they believe the mummies are very elaborate hoaxes. Anatomists who examined the feet and hands concluded the bones are not in proper position or proper size. He acknowledges a factional battle between believers and skeptics interpreting the same data and says the scientific testing has been extensive but the interpretation has not been competent.

On ancient civilizations, Alberino argues that the most sophisticated construction at megalithic sites is consistently found at the base, with more primitive construction on top, and that the best explanation is a cataclysm that eliminated the civilizations possessing the original techniques. He notes that Quechua people attribute the walls of Sacsayhuaman to a race of giants they call their progenitors, and that the Inca left no record of building those walls. He argues that if the Inca had built Sacsayhuaman, Spanish architects would have forced them to teach the technique rather than dismantling the blocks to build inferior mortar-based cathedrals. The same architectural fingerprints, including curved stones and unexplained nubs on megalithic blocks, appear at Egyptian and other megalithic sites worldwide, suggesting a ubiquitous ancient masonry knowledge carried by a seafaring civilization.

Alberino predicts that around 2045 humans will be reproductively inviolable, meaning natural reproduction will no longer be viable without technological intervention. He notes that artificial womb development is already running in parallel with observed declines in human reproductive capacity, which he views as more than coincidental. He describes the combined trajectory of biological decline and technological ascent as leading toward a post-human apocalypse, and cites Yuval Noah Harari as having predicted that within 120 to 130 years no human beings will remain on Earth, a claim Alberino treats as directionally consistent with his own analysis.
