Timothy Alberino says that among his high-level Pentagon contacts, the topic of giants in Afghanistan provokes more nervousness than UFO discussions, with some contacts refusing to engage entirely. He attributes the unusual secrecy to the giant subject being intermeshed with the occult. He distinguishes true giants, which he places at nine to twelve feet tall, from gigantism, which he characterizes as a disability.

The central account Alberino describes involves a C-130 pilot who came forward around 2016 and placed the events around 2005 during deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq. Upon landing at Bagram airfield the pilot was met by individuals believed to be Army or Air Force intelligence who told him no photos were to be taken and the event never happened. The cargo was a humanoid body in the fetal position on a seven by nine foot air cargo pallet, with hands, feet, and part of the head hanging off the sides. The body weighed 1,100 pounds, was estimated at ten to twelve feet tall, had red hair, six fingers on each hand, six toes on each foot, and feet wrapped in crude canvas. Marines accompanying the cargo told the pilot that a first team entered a cave on suspicion of Taliban activity, the giant killed every member of that team, and a second team was deployed, killed the giant, and found it had been eating members of the first team. The Pentagon released a statement denying the incident ever occurred. A separate account involves a C-130 pilot flying a giant's body from Bob Ramirez Field to Qatar, with the body reportedly ending up at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, though Alberino acknowledges the pilot had no direct knowledge of that destination.

Alberino argues that legends of giants are universal across every ancient culture worldwide and are not exclusive to the Bible. Native American traditions describe redheaded giants with six fingers and six toes, paralleling Middle Eastern accounts. He alleges the Smithsonian holds giant human bones away from public knowledge and believes the suppression is driven by something sinister beyond conflicts with evolutionary theory, specifically that giant remains are being used in occult practices today. In Hebrew cosmology as Alberino describes it, demons originate from the spirits of dead giants, and the Rite of Kisbum was a necromantic practice among Amorites and Canaanites involving invoking the spirits of dead giants called the Rephaim. Ugaritic texts contain documents in which Amorite kings summon dead giants by name to become empowered by their possessing spirits.

Alberino conducted extensive fieldwork in Sardinia, which he describes as having the highest concentration of megaliths anywhere on Earth, with at least 7,000 Nuragic towers still standing. Two men officially employed by the municipality of Sadara and the University of Cagliari excavated complete skeletons approximately ten feet tall at the church of Sant Anastasia in Sardara in the early 1980s, only for the bones to be removed overnight by unknown parties. Giuseppe, one of the excavators, unsealed a compartment inside a Nuragic tower and found a giant seated at a table with an oversized plate and chalice, with oysters, mussels, and clams still on the plate, the body extremely well preserved due to near-hermetic sealing. Roberto, the other excavator, told Alberino he had been instructed the discoveries never happened and never to discuss them.

Alberino draws a direct parallel between the Book of Enoch and Plato's Atlantis narrative. According to the Book of Enoch, 200 Watchers descended to Mount Hermon, took human wives, and their offspring were cannibalistic giants who began to devour men. Plato's account begins with gods apportioning the earth among themselves, with Poseidon taking a human woman and fathering hybrid sons who became the kings of Atlantis. Alberino argues Atlantis is an allegory for the antediluvian world in general and that the Younger Dryas impact event around 11,000 BC provides physical evidence of the cataclysm referenced across Sumerian, Egyptian, Hebrew, Greek, and Vedic traditions. He believes advanced civilizations existed at the time of the Younger Dryas cataclysm, were annihilated by it, and that only a few survivors remained.

Italian engineer Alberto Donini published a paper in January 2026 presenting erosion measurements at several points on the Great Pyramid yielding values equivalent to 20,000 to more than 40,000 years of exposure, with an arithmetic mean corresponding to roughly 22,900 BC. Alberino proposed to Egyptologist Zahi Hawass on Piers Morgan's show that drone-mounted ground penetrating radar could scan the pyramids without physically touching them to verify alleged underground megastructures extending 1.2 kilometers below the surface. Hawass appeared open on camera but never followed up.

Alberino predicts that around 2045 humans will be reproductively unviable and will require technological interventions such as artificial wombs, the development of which he says is already underway. He references Yuval Noah Harari's prediction that in approximately 120 to 130 years no human beings as currently understood will remain on Earth, and argues that the combined trajectory of genetic degeneration and technological advancement points toward a post-human future. He states explicitly that he is not a transhumanist and does not favor humans evolving out of their current biological condition.
